Note: Respectfully, Here are a couple of things to keep in mind about my products, process and business. 
1. All products are hand made and there is a line/sequence that is followed for production of products.
2. Some products take longer than others, the larger products up to 4/5 weeks. With smaller products 2/3 weeks. When seasonal work is slow I can complete products sooner. 
3. ALL hides and leathers are unique and not exactly the same so there will be variations from the photo you see on the product post.
4. I'm a fellow construction professional, sometimes working 7-10s during the day on large scale projects and working on orders in the evenings between shifts. So there is a level of understanding of the workload we face each day out in the field. 
5. I pride myself on values and principles of God, Family, Service and Ethics, so in the event of any customer service issues, all efforts will be made to promptly correct and mitigate the issue.
